Great staff, even greater customer service!!!
Product worked great for about 8 months then it died. I reached out to customer service as it was under warranty, no hesitation and extremely fast service. They shipped out a replacement and it's been working amazing. Great staff and super friendly. Thank you Jolene

Every car should have one!
This is a nice unit. I think everyone should have one in there car in case of a dead battery. I ended up sending this one back cause i found one that also aired up the tires. This one is a nice unit, made very well, comes with a carrying case and is super handy. I would recommend this Jump Sstarted.

Great jump box
Very pleased. I have used it several times, even on a mini excavator. Would highly recommend. I also like the size and the carry case it came with. Makes storing easy.

I carry this on my motorcycle. I've actually had to use this on my motorcycle once as well as helping another motorcyclist start their vehicle. Nice case and great quality.

Jumpstarts the car in the coldest weather
I have purchased three of these NEXPOW battery boosters. They are easy to use, compact in design and very reliable in the cold weather. I purchased one for my granddaughter, who is attending Syracuse University. She had occasion to use it last winter when she parked her car in an open air garage at school. She had pulled into the parking spot so that the front of her car was inaccessible for a traditional jumper cable. She used it to start her car and had to call me to inform me of how well it worked and was so appreciative of the fact that she was able to start her car and was not left stranded at the end of a long day at school. I have since purchased two more, one for myself and one for my wife. They are compact and easy to store in the trunk of our cars.

Excellent performance
Excellent product really delivers in performance would recommend for anyone. Mine has provided over half a dozen charges. Only issue was with the cables being too short.
