I have only used a couple times so far. It does help me get darker quicker. You will burn if your sensitive to the sun , there is no sunscreen in it. I only stay out about a half hour at a time to keep from burning, l go in and out several times a day to just sitting out for 20 30 minutes at a time so as not to burn..

This product is as described. It accelerates the tanning process but keep in mind it has no sunscreen. We used sunscreen first and then used the tanning cream/gel and still got great results. It does stain everything it comes into contact with so make sure to use old beach towels and have wipes handy to wipe it off of palms of hands.
