Currently on my 2nd bottle. Did not notice a difference until the end of the 1st bottle so I ordered a 2nd. I'm noticing an improvement in my hair & nails. Both feel stronger. I’ve only been using this product for a few days, haven’t noticed much of a difference yet but I’m giving the review I am because the daily serving is 6 pills!! And not small ones either! Seriously?! I’m not taking 6 pills a day. I will look for another brand that doesn’t require so many pills. I will finish the bottle as to not waste and if I feel they make a huge difference in my health, I will come back and add another star.

Not for me firstly, taking 6 capsules a day was cumbersome and worrying. I didn’t like the idea of all that plastic going through my gut. Do not take if you are prone to MIGRAINES/HEAD PAIN, or are HYPERMOBILE and prone to DIGESTIVE ISSUES - this supplement gave me terrible side effects of this nature!
