Exactly what I was looking for!
This is the perfect size for my office and it works great! Simple to use and small enough to hide away when not in use. I appreciate that it has the bands for toning arms and keeping yourself stead on the machine. Definitely would recommend.

Great Exercise
Being overweight with high blood pressure and feeling very lethargic lately, I finally decided to dust off the stepper I had sitting around for some years. As I used it I was thinking this is really good, I can get into this and start using it daily. I think I may have used it for about 45 minutes straight and it just cracked, it was finished (it was a different stepper than this one being reviewed). Turns out these type of steppers are advised to use no more than 15 minutes straight because they can overheat and break. Though some reviews report using regular for 1 hour straight without issue. It probably didnt help that I’m near the weight limit at 220 and I was using it outside on the grass and on a bit of an incline. So I had to trash that stepper and get a new one. I found this stepper with a decent price and plenty good reviews. And it came with the pullies for upper body exercise too, which the other didnt have. I almost ordered one without the pullies and didnt realize until I got this one how much better it is with pullies. With these pullies I really get a good full body exercise and work up a sweat and heavy breath. And if you put more tension on the steps its really some work. I had to lower the tension to be able to go 15 minutes. I thought maybe the 15 minute restriction would be no good but its working out just fine. I do 15 minutes 2 or 3 times a day. Its only been a week so I cant talk about weight loss and muscle tone yet but I an feeling if I keep this up I’ll finally be able to get in shape. Finding the right exercise that you can keep a routine is critical. This is one of the very low impact exercises, and which is pretty much a full body workout. I was using a small trampoline before which is also supposed to be a great low impact full body workout but that broke, and in comparison I feel this stepper is more effective, especially for upper body. Often exercise machines end up being hunks of junk that take up alot of space. But this type of stepper takes very little space and is very easy to move around and change up your spot. So I would say that this purchase is very good and so glad I got it. So stop being a couch potato, order this and start getting in shape.

Great Mini Stepper for Home Workouts
I’m really happy with the Sunny Health & Fitness Mini Stair Stepper. It’s compact, easy to use, and provides a great workout without taking up much space. The resistance bands are a nice bonus and allow you to work your upper body while stepping. My only flaw with it is that the steps can be a bit slippery, so I have to be mindful of my footing while using it. Other than that, it’s a great little machine and a convenient way to get a good workout at home. Overall, I would definitely recommend it!

Small Space, Big Sweat: The Ultimate Apartment-Friendly Treadmill Alternative
This equipment comes fully assembled—all it takes is about five minutes to set up the hydraulic cables. It's an exceptionally unique piece of workout gear that takes up virtually no space and easily tucks away under a desk. Just 10 minutes on this will have you sweating and feeling like you got a great workout. It is the ultimate substitute for a treadmill and a must-have for apartment dwellers.

A solid workout. Good for if you have small kiddos needing supervision while you work out.
Hi! - TLDR; I'm now on my 2nd one, 1st one broke but only after 500+ hours of cardio... I'm giving it 5 stars; please read if you're having an internal debate! I don't review things much, but here I go. I asked for this for Christmas nearly 3 years ago. I am a working mom with two toddlers that didn't want to spend nap time working out on a treadmill, I wanted to spend that time resting myself, or catching up on chores abandoned during my 40+ work week. Moms of toddlers know they aren't about to sit in a workout room and allow mom to spend 45 mins running on a treadmill anyway. This thing is such a game changer and has been for three years. I start with about 25 mins in the eating area, then simply drag it to the play area. I can get 45-50 mins of sweat equity in (I'm a cardio fanatic), even though most people would benefit from 30 or less. I have always been a workout, and this thing gets my heart rate to the ideal spot (more than running, which I still do when hubby is home), and it definitely helps maintain muscle strength in the quads, glutes, and calve areas with the resistance on it, even if it is just a cardio day. I lift 4 days a week so I don't use the bands often and can't really speak to those. Also the space... anyone with a small home or apartment should consider this. Had I known this existed, knowing I already run outside 4-5 days a week, I'd have NEVER bought a treadmill and used this little baby, which stores away very nicely in a storage bench. My first one broke 2 days ago; I estimated the use I got out of it, and it was about 30,000 minutes overall, 500 hours about. I'm no mathematician, but for 60 bucks for three years of use, it was a pretty obvious choice for me to order a replacement (which came the same day). Because of the low cost, I wouldn't even recommend the 2yr warranty. Just grab a new one. My only complaint at all on this was the speaking noises that it started making about 2 years in. It drove me crazy, even after tightening every bolt and oiling the entire thing. Not sure what that was about, but it's a tiny burden for all the good workouts this device gave me, and the squeaking was still way quietet than a treadmill motor. 😂

It works great and is a nice size. I can leave it out, and it doesn't look bad or take up much space. It also fits nicely under my bed or our couch. The reason for the 3 stars is that the digital readout never worked. I tried everything, but nothing worked. It is quiet and very solid and sturdy.

Glad I got it. Better leg workout than the gym treadmill
Best purchase ever, and that's saying a lot because I have a shopping addiction lol 😆. In all honesty though, I didn't think this was capable of giving me the hard workout I was wanting, but I bought it anyway, to try it out. There is tension in the steppers which really gives your legs a workout, and gets me out of breath quickly. I have to do it in 5 minute intervals, because it really takes my breath away and gives me a really good workout. It's small, which is perfect because I don't have a lot of room in my cottage. I put it under my bed when I'm not using it. I do find it hard to use without gripping onto a wall or something because it's fairly unstable to use on its own, which isn't a big deal for me, I just hold onto the wall while I'm using the stepper. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Convenient Fitness Gear!
So, getting older in life, and still have a very sedentary desk job and the effects are starting to show on my health. Not good! So, a bit of research has told me that getting active in any form adds up over the day, and, while I started clocking myself to get up and move around throughout the day, I wanted to do more than just do a few stretches. Began looking online for options, and found this gem! I now have it in my office, and, I also purchased a Garmin Vivofit 4, to keep track of my steps and activity throughout my days, to get a sense of how much I'm doing, or not doing, and when I need to be more active to reach my goals. This handy stair stepper is exactly what I wanted -- something small that easily fits in my office space, that is rigorous enough to get my heart pumping, but not so extreme that I need to take a shower afterwards or swap out my work attire for gym clothes. This is most basic -- two pedals, and a cord that goes around a tension wheel, just stand on it, and start stepping. Also has two light resistance fitness bands, so you can work out your arms in any way you choose. I was so out of shape that I had to back off the tension entirely, and just stepping while using the bands, for half a minute got me breathing hard! Sad, I know! It does have a little computer on it that keeps track of things, but, since it is rather limited and is down on the floor with the stepper, and not really so practical, I just use my fitness tracker to show my progress during use. Happy to say I have started dieting as well, plus using my Bowflex at home for something other than a clothes rack, and, with this device at work, I've already lost a few pounds in just a few weeks, so life is going in a better direction! And, already have ratcheted up the tension setting, from when I started, so I'm getting in slightly better shape already, after just a few weeks. Small gains, but good gains. With the amount of time I work, and the amount of work I need to get through, I really needed something I could fit into my existing life, and that's what I love about this. I don't have the time or funds to go get a gym membership or suddenly take up running or biking or something, so I needed a machine that I could integrate into my current schedule, and this is it! My Vivofit 4 has an activity alarm, so, when I've been at the desk too long, my wrist device beeps at me, and I get up, get on my stepper, and start stepping, doing my first half with the resistance bands, and then the next half without, since I'm still too out of shape to do justice to this device, but I take it as a good sign that it gets my heart pumping and my legs get a good burn. In other words, it is an effective little workout machine. When I've been active long enough, my Vivofit beeps again, telling me I've been a good boy and burned some calories, and I see my step count for the day has risen, and so I can go back to work again. While my sad state of fitness was shocking, in how quickly I was winded, the good news is that, a few weeks into use, my times on it are getting longer, so it is definitely building endurance, and, while I am not managing to also take a needed walk around my neighborhood every day after work, I find that, when I do, my uphill stints are already becoming easier. So, in other words, I'm seeing progress! To me, many fitness endeavors fail because they are not maintained -- often because the goal just does not fit into reality. This stepper, however, is easy to use, easy to remember to use, stares at me every day, gives me a sense of progress and is making me feel better, so it is a fitness tool that works for me, which means I will use it. The best fitness regime on earth is useless, after all, if we are not doing it. I needed something I could use, every day, starting small and working forward. I've even scaled back my Bowflex goals to, again, be realistic in what I will do, rather than make great plans about what I wind up not doing, so this has helped me to just get on a better track, overall, in terms of my health. This seems well built, and I have no reason to think it won't last. And, at fifty bucks, even if it broke down in a year, I'd buy another. Very affordable versus the cost of poor health! If, like me, it's hard to work a grand fitness scheme into your life, or you're just getting started on a fitness plan, I think this is an ideal tool. I look forward to the day when I can step for much longer periods than a few minutes at a time, but the great thing is that, over the course of a day, this is helping me build some real health betterment into my life. The most recent studies are showing that periodic fitness adds up to being as effective as dedicated periods of exercise, so this really is a terrific answer for me. Life is not interrupted, and my health is being addressed, which has given me a routine I like, and that I can maintain. Plus, with seeing real progress in losing weight, no, it's not an overnight sensation, but, again, over time, I am getting healthier, and a few pounds every few weeks adds up over time, to the goal of getting off these extra twenty pounds that are loading me down and impacting my health. For me, this is literally a life saver! Very thankful for this purchase. Highly recommend!

Très bon produit
Très robuste et simple d'utilisation. Dommage que les bandes de résistance soient un peu trop courtes. Le temps dira le reste.
