The best product! This is the only magnesium that has actually made my leg cramps go away. During my third trimester, I had horrible leg cramps one night, so I took this the following night before bed—and I haven’t had a single leg cramp since! It has also helped with the nighttime anxiety I tend to experience, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my sleep. I highly recommend it!

Sleep was better but developed a rash
Purchased after reading reviews. It did help me sleep so much better however it gave me a rash on my torso, it wasn’t itchy but was significant. Stopped taking it and slowly started going away. Doctor said it was probably one of the fillers not the magnesium itself. I’m gonna try again haha I slept that good. Update: I let the rash go away and started taking again because I liked how they helped me sleep. No rash to report, must have been something else. Would recommend.

These do work and help with those days of feeling blah/bloated, for me it wasn't like the pictures. Have a bloated gut take 2 and your gut is gone, nope b that didn't happen but I did feel a lot better

Sleeping Better Again!
This is the best magnesium supplement that I have tried! Mid-life has introduced a middle of the night wake up, but this magnesium supplement has been the perfect addition to my nighttime routine in order to sleep peacefully through the night.
