I waited 2 months to give an honest review. I’m off my BP meds after 28 yrs. This was one of the last missing nutrients in my system I needed. I take b12 folate and b complex, d2, k1 and a few others but Lord I am healing! The effectiveness is great. Noticed results in 1 week… off some bp meds after 2 weeks and by week 4 off all meds. My bowels are in control and I don’t feel all my organs. My interstitial cystitis is nonexistent after 48 yrs. My urologist is monitoring me but he is in shock. I don’t feel bowels and rarely losing control of anything. Oh I haven’t had a SPS episode or dystonic event in 2 months! That’s a win! I rarely get stiffness or spasms anymore. If I miss a dose YES I feel it and YES my body isn’t keeping the minerals in check because I’m lacking absorption issues but… As a medically complex patient. I’m kind of simple now. I think this product is going to prove to be really good. I had pain in my hip and knee. I noticed that it's much better since using this. I got this for a possible copper deficiency. So far good.
