This is a very nice controller, comfortable in the hands and easy to use and setup. Unfortunately it has developed stick drift which I understand is rare in Hall effect sticks but none the less it lasted about as long as a normal controller in that regard. Would love to give it 5stars but cannot due to it being more than the equivalent non Hall effect controller.

Broke after a couple of weeks. And not got a replacement and wasn't allowed to return.

Worked great for a few weeks, then I started to notice the back left trigger would move my aim in game when I pressed down on it which means I can’t use that trigger at all. Then I also noticed my aim was being moved by using my back left trigger and moving the controller itself, I made sure everything was turned off but it still does this. Had it for 2 months and broke within 3/4 weeks. Tried updating firmware and calibrating the controller but it didn’t work. A lot of money spent for it to last less than a month, so disappointed.

iv had the product for 12 days so iv had time to test the product. Already iv had problems with the connectivity of the product, sometimes when i turn it on it will not connect to my pc and have to unplug the dongle and put it back in for it to connect. Also the left bumper is already squeaking very loudly every time I press it which is very annoying. the bumpers are clearly very cheep as they are not the same bumpers on the current xbox one controller and do feel mushy. Iv tried to contact to get a replacement but they only offer refunds which is inconvenient as i would like a replacement of the product as i feel like a "got a bad one". Apart from these issues the controller has been good. I will update my review if stick drift is present.

Controller is giving me ghost inputs on A/B buttons. Neither resetting, or updating the controller fixed the issue. Sticks are slightly drifting, even after calibration.

it was changing settings in game in error apparently, this is just me trying to find the perfect controller for me, if this was just a normal controller with no gimmicks and the nice back paddles it's 5 stars, currently it's a 1

The triggers are super delayed the amount of travel you have to put make it the worst for competitive player to time this. Legit the travel it worst than a stock ps or xbox controller. Keep in mind I tried a ton of controllers this is the worst when it comes to triggers. Hall effects are good, paddles do become stuck when dusty due to rubber built quality rubbing against each other. Overall I did recommend this controller no longer

The KK3 Max controller has been in my possession for half a year now, as a replacement of my KK2 pro controller and Microsoft elite2 controller. The controller is great overall, the Hall effect sticks are great, the trigger (also Hall effect) are adjustable for faster input (as the elite2 had). The only drawback is the trigger are made out of plastic, which makes the vunarable, as it seems. My KK3 had some minor drift on the right stick, which wasn't too big of a problem, but which should not happen with Halleffect sticks. A bigger setback was that something suddenly broke off on the inside, which attached the left trigger, which made the trigger loose and introduces ghost input. I've very carefull with all my stuff, so I'm not sure what happened or why it happened. The Elite2 has aluminum triggers, which are far more sturdy (but it had awful stick drift) . I reached out to Runsnail (the seller), who responded very swiftly. They asked me to send some video's of the problems with the controller, which I did. When after 2 weeks I still hadden't received a response I reached out again. I again received a swift response. They checked my casenummer, and it seemed the emails were flagged as spam, so they missed them. These things happen (maybe it would be easier if you can upload video's rather than send an email). They were very sorry. Their solution: You'll receive a new controller for free, and there was no need to send the old one back. This is excellent customer service(a special thanks to Jishou)! Strongly recommended, will surely buy again!

Der Controller ist besser als Xbox Elite Controller die 0,0002 sind im Game Bereich nicht relevant weil Stickdrift erst ab 0,01 anfängt und die Anleitung würde ich mir dann schon weil das Ding hat viele Funktionen

Works perfectly with my switch! It feels exactly like an xbox controller, which is much more comfortable for me. It's super easy to swap out the button layout between switch and xbox. The back paddles are super easy to use, though it takes a bit of force to install them. Everything is super easy to reprogram or swap out and it comes with everything you need to do it!

I really love this controller, it’s pretty much perfect.
