The massager came with a gua sha tool, 5 fillers, a charging cord, and a manual. It works wonderfully. It pulls in the skin good and the pain isn't felt. The heating therapy is great, it's the right amount of heat and there are 3 levels to it. It says that it's great for cellulite, haven't used it for long to notice that but there is a little difference. The buttons and display are easy to follow, it's easy to use. While the massager is on and you want to turn it off, long press the level button for pressure. The gua sha method, is a bit hard, it's not easy to move the massager, but once you know how to use it, then it's good (use oil with it). The battery lasts for long time and cleaning it is easy as well.

Just received it today. I love that it can heat the treating area while cupping. I used it on my neck to relieve the pain. It worked fine. However, the suction is only moderate compared to the mechanical ones. To keep the suction, this machine has to be running for the whole time of treatment and it's not very quiet.

Awful waste of money. Hard to use. Doesn't massage with suction. A real pain on several levels. I returned it through Kohls but it isn't registering returned so now it looks like I have no product and paid for it coz there's no refund either! Don' buy this product. It's a waste of time, money and energy.

The product came 3 time damadge

I’ve only had it a few days and it has already relieves a lot of my pain in my shoulder and neck. Took a bit to play around with cupping pressure and I’m still working on the heat but the remote control makes it easy to control in hard to reach places on my back. So far I love it and it saves me money going to the massage therapist once a month. I also like how easy it is to remove and change the cup sizes. Charging is very convenient and seems to hold a charge for a long time. I also like the timer count down. So far I love it. I’ve had it awhile now and I still am very happy with the little device. I can catch issues before they start to really flare up. Easy to use and holds a charge for the entire I need it. Thinking of getting another one to cover more of an area. Love love love

Suctions fine. Beeps frequently. But the remote does not work. Unfortunately I learned this outside of the window for returns.

It works great, and is very efficient. I like the remote on placement on the back hard to reach alone. I greatly am enjoying the benefits for the muscle recovery.

It really works if you are consistant and use it for 10mn every day. Don’t forget to apply oil, it makes a huge difference, without oil it is painful indeed because it doesn’t slide on the skin.

That cup was painful to use coz of my sensitive skin. I requested return it as I wasn’t using it but the seller keeps ignoring me. I will update this review if something changes!! UPDATE: The seller is very communicative, they have made the refund.
