Love this - heats up fast yet does not get too hot to the touch. It divider functions well, does not leak - I had to return three others because they did. This perfect for two of my family members to share, one is vegan and the other does not eat shellfish but does eat meat, so they are able to sit close to each other and enjoy their respective foods, securely.

Man, this one has super low power. You need more than 1 hour to get your water boiled. Incredible low quality of functioning. The return window closed. We only used it twice. Totally useless.

After it reaches boiling, it only stays in keep-warm mode and doesn’t continue cooking, which makes it hard to use for hot pot. I’m not sure if I used it incorrectly, but I decided to return it.

I like this product and it cleans easy. Description is accurate. No leaks. The only thing is that one side heats slower than the other consistently, and that it can take a little while to heat at first. Also be careful of overfilling, as the depth is not as much. I use an extension cord as the wire is not long. Otherwise pretty neat to use for home meal or with guests

I've used it twice so far and both times have been great! I didn't feel like it took too long to heat up, but if you fill both sides to full with cold water, then... common sense would suggest that it'd take a little while. I used hot water from my kitchen sink and filled each side about halfway up with soup base and it wasn't too long before it was lightly boiling. We used it for 3 people and it worked very well!

I was unsure because of certain reviews but I ordered anyway and Im so happy I did! This hot pot cooker is amazing without a doubt and it’s a very good size for a family of 4 or 2 😍 had a lovely dinner with it and plan to have many more. Ignore my bf in the back ground 😅

This product is just awesome. Have a great shabushabu but with two different soups so you get a nice blend of flavours. Or if you have spice lovers and spice shy people at a dinner party you can cater to both tastes. Maintains even heat well and is easy to clean.
