Love this - heats up fast yet does not get too hot to the touch. It divider functions well, does not leak - I had to return three others because they did. This perfect for two of my family members to share, one is vegan and the other does not eat shellfish but does eat meat, so they are able to sit close to each other and enjoy their respective foods, securely.

I bought this June of this year and it's only October. I had hot pot probably like 4 times and it stopped working properly. The turning knob is now loosen and the pot doesn't heat up anymore. It take 30-40 mins for normal temp water to get boil. Once we dip meat in there, it can't be boil. For this price, I would get a better pot. This is a waste of money

Easy to use and easy to clean. Size seems to be just right. The level of heat can be controlled and stay hot.We are enjoying our new hotpot and overall very happy.

After it reaches boiling, it only stays in keep-warm mode and doesn’t continue cooking, which makes it hard to use for hot pot. I’m not sure if I used it incorrectly, but I decided to return it.

I wanted to get a hot pot for get togethers with family and friends. This hot pot got shipped with crushed boxes twice, and the first one had the bottom plastic cover cracked so I sent it back. The second box was still damaged but luckily the pot itself seems undamaged. The set comes with a divided pot, heating plate with adjustable heat, a glass cover that can stand by itself, plus a recipe book. The pot is non-stick and has a nice pattern on the bottom. Everything seems well made.The instructions say to heat only water the first time to eliminate the chemical coating, which is somewhat concerning. However, after throwing out the first water boil, there doesn't seem to be any remaining smell or taste after cooking. Boiling water that is 2/3 full took a bit over 10 minutes, which isn't fast but seems reasonable. I tried cooking ramen and it worked well. Cooking ingredients for a traditional hot pot with meat and vegetables isn't fast because some of the meat are frozen, but again not unreasonable. Having the divided pot is very nice to have 2 different sauces, like spicy and non-spicy. The 4 liter capacity is good for an average size family of 4. The price is in line with similarly sized hot pots on Amazon.

I've used it twice so far and both times have been great! I didn't feel like it took too long to heat up, but if you fill both sides to full with cold water, then... common sense would suggest that it'd take a little while. I used hot water from my kitchen sink and filled each side about halfway up with soup base and it wasn't too long before it was lightly boiling. We used it for 3 people and it worked very well!

We eat hotpot almost every week, so we decided to get a hotpot for our home, and this was perfect!Our soup was piping hot the entire time, we could fit so much food (for 5 people), and the pot did not take up too much space (especially for how much food we could fit!!). We were worried about the noodle sticking to the pot, but the pot was so easy to clean.
