These pans are the best especially if cooking for a family and need more skillet space. They don’t stick and clean up really well. Sometimes just needing to wipe the pan out. The middle does seem to get hotter than the edges but I would say that’s normal. Nice pan.

This frying pan is perfect for making grilled cheese sandwiches and also eggs, can only fit one grilled cheese in the pan.

This works very nicely! It is healthier than the old-school black non-stick pans, and my one advice when using it is just to keep an eye on what you are cooking because it can seem slow at first, but once it heats up, it cooks quickly. It is great for making even pancakes and French toast and heating up grilled meat items. Looking forward to trying more dishes!

I really like the copper pans, but this one seems to lose its finish way too fast. The edges have lost the copper, the sides are getting worn. I care for the product with a gentle cloth and Dawn dish soap. I never use metal utensils (plastic or bamboo). And I don't use over high heat. And yet the wear and tear is not great. That said, the non-stick qualities and even heating are exactly what I expected from past copper cookware. I just hopped for more than a year or two of use from the product.

This is a replacement purchase. We have had this pan for almost 10 years. It has held up GREAT! But as time goes on, it's beginning to show wear and tear! This pan is perfect for grilled cheese! It's a great price, considering how long the previous one held up! It distributes heat perfectly! Works great on gas or electric burners. Cleans easy in the dishwasher. We've never had any issues with scratches.

This pan was great for about two months. Pretty quickly the non stick surface began to give out. It’s now been three months and I basically have to throw this thing away already. Even trying to use non stick spray and eggs, pancakes, and other things stick frequently and pretty bad, honestly. Pretty frustrating that I was hoping to buy a more expensive pan to hopefully increase the durability and quality of the non stick function.

Works well. Wish it was a little larger but will suffice. Had a copper chef pan I loved. Meets all expectations.

It came bubble wrapped in a box, yet was completely scratched all over the rim and parts of the outside. It looked unused so either it was handled poorly, or it’s just incredible brittle. I can’t comment on how well it cooks as I will be returning it.
