I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with this product and give credit where it’s due! I've lived in a hard water area for most of my life and always thought my hair was naturally coarse, heavy, and prone to getting greasy. However, after moving to a soft water area, I realised that my hair could actually be lush and full of life! When I moved back to a hard water area, my hair reverted to its previous condition. But then I discovered Hello Klean Hardwater Shampoo, and I haven’t looked back since. My hair feels amazing every time I use it! Worth every penny.

I live in a very hard water area and my hair has been getting more and more dry and frizzy. I have tried so many different products that my bathroom looks like Boots. Nothing made a difference - except for being in a soft-water area. After one use, as soon as I rinsed off the shampoo, my hair felt softer and more "pliable". Usually it feels rough and bit like a Brillo pad. First impression is very positive. I hope it continues.

There is no miracle for the effect of hard water on your hair and akin. I have no complain about the product itself: good smell, foams easily, and the results are fine. However, I do not find any obvious advantage over the cheaper vinegar shampoo options. Given this product costs three times more than a cider vinegar shampoo I do not think I will buy it again.

Don’t know if I saw a difference between this “hard water” shampoo and regular. Not really worth the money

This is not cheaper but it smells nice, create enough foam for 1.5 pump and hair feels good after. Not sure if this has any long term good effect yet as it's only been a month.

Item came in an eco-friendly, tidy cardboard box, that was easy to open. The shampoo liquid inside the bottle is black. Using hard water, I did two consecutive washes, and the product lathered up nicely. Initially once my hair had dried, my hair seemed lighter, and not stuck to my scalp as with previous shampoos. 3 days after washing, my hair has a regular amount of grease, but still feels light and soft. I would recommend this product if you’re in a hard water area.

I live in a soft water area however I was going on holiday to an area with hard water so I started to look for a shampoo specifically for hard water. I have fine hair strands and some shampoos are just too heavy, they weigh my hair down and it looks greasy immediately after washing. Unfortunately this shampoo was one of them. I used the hotel supplied shampoo and my hair was back to normal so unfortunately it was definitely this shampoo that wasn't suitable for my hair type. The matching conditioner worked great though. Also the pump bottle is great if you're not travelling but to close the pump I wasted quite a lot of product so it would be great if it had the option to buy with or without the pump top.

At last a shampoo especially for hard water! Lathers very well and smells nice but quite subtle. Easy to rinse our and I follow it with the matching conditioner.

Ich würde eher einen Wasserfiler empfehlen. Habe mir den von BWT geholt der ist viel besser für die Haare. Kostet allerdings auch mehr...
