Frustrating problem fix
3 stars are more about problem fixing than the item. The fan itself was really good - very cool on 1st setting, timer and oscillation worked well. The remote control didn’t work though. I would have been very happy to keep the fan if only there had been a way to let someone know about the remote. Unusually there wasn’t a “contact the seller” option so off I went to customer service for help. For a straightforward return Amazon is great, but this, what I saw as a simple, problem was not fixable. After many very frustrating minutes going round and round and contacting the freephone number sadly only a full return was possible. Bet the seller would have fixed it if I’d been able to contact

Brilliant little fan kicks out some air very quiet great remote can’t fault it would recommend . Not what I expected to pay but you get what you paid for great offer so bit cheeper than thought .
