Recommending Bach remedies to empaths sounds completely sensible and this book is very well written and documented in both areas. Slightly metaphysical, which is good, the book is very thorough, clear and a pleasure to read. Very helpful for empaths!

Authored by Mr. Gary Leigh, I wish this all encompassing book had been available when I was still in single digits. So much would have been explained, no longer a mystery. This is an excellent source and resource for the Empath and those questioning, hesitating or ignoring what could be true for the empath. A wonderful book for anyone wanting to learn more and realize Empaths do exist. Are you one of them?

The Empath Guidebook is just that. A wealth of information on common traits of empaths with detailed information about each Bach Flower remedy and how it can help. I am on my second read- through since there is so much information.

No it didn't meet my expectations, it went beyond lol... Gary is an awesome creative inspiring unique lovable writer... He makes me feel like I can be all those qualities when I read this book...i seriously know I'm blessed to be owning and reading his book...but when ever I talk with him outside the book, he is a wonderful friends to have... And just as awesome or more in frequent communion with him and his energy

Excellent read. Prompt service. Very interesting ideas why some of us are more sensitive than others to our environments, people, and emotional energies. Worthy read.
