Not a great dancer yet, but definitely enjoying my improvements with my shoes!Update sept 13, 2017.Accumulated about 15 hours of dancing on them. Like them a lot. I have to tie them to my ankles bc otherwise my heels can get stuck in the bunny ears and make me trip. I expect to buy new shoe laces for them soon, probably normal shoe laces at Academy. Enjoying how comfy they are, that my feet dont slip out, that my toes don't hurt.I dont walk with them outside. Just when I dance to practice: wood floors at home and in studio.I love how much better my dancing looks because my shoes work for me. And because I can give smaller steps. Great for beginners.Original review:I specially like that it fits wider in the heel part. My feet dont slip out like they do with normal heels, and they aren't too tight there. These are my first dancing shoes so I dont have much to compare to.

Disappointed. Really wanted these shoes to work.1) A strong smell of glue when I first opened the box. There were remnants of glue still sticky on the velvet fabric.2) The toe box is way too large for dance shoes (I typically wear medium width) - the shoes were so roomy in the front that my toes were touching the floor.3) While the satin ribbon is pretty, the ends will likely start to fray with a few uses. You will likely have to replace the ribbons at some point.I'm giving it two stars for the style and great insole cushion. I'd suggest buying this if you have very wide feet or if your feet tends to swell a lot when you dance.

after reading the reviews I wasnt expecting these to be as fabulous as they are. seriously super comfy, I walked around my house thinking that I would need to break them in but nope they are perfect. would def recommend these to everyone!! i wear a size 7.5 and ordered a 7.5 and they fit perfectly.

Problem is that I had to buy new laces because they started fraying after a week to the point that I couldn't use it

As a dancing shoe,these are SO comfortable, and the ribbon ties eliminate those horrible " hook " closures that areon all dance shoes now. The heel height is perfect for dancing, I can't wear anything above a 2 " heel. I ordered the black and gold, nowI am going to order a pair in black and silver

Runs large . Order a 1/2 size smaller. Cute and comfortable!

In love with these shoes. I purchased for a formal function and I will never look back I am buying Salsa shoes for all heels from now on. So comfortable I was able to dance the night away and they are cute to boot.
