Utilizzo la Rehband 5mm da ormai anni e sono il terzo paio che acquisto. Sono sempre state all'altezza della situazione e queste non fanno eccezione. Le utilizzo per tutte le accosciate nei wod di crossfit e non deludono mai. Superconsigliate!

I use these for weight lifting - if you don’t need/want the 7mm, these are the ones to get. They keep the knee joints warm (particularly in the winter), and provide very good support for squats/DLs. Yes, they cost more than other ones, but their fit, quality, and functionality make them worth every penny. I see no reason not to spend a little more to invest in my health (knee joints) and keep me lifting, with noticeably fewer aches, tweaks, and injuries. The construction/fit on these knee supports is high quality. They don’t really breath, but it’s fine. When I remove them, they naturally turn inside out which is how I let them dry. I measured on the low end of Large. I got mediums and they are perfect. Nice and snug, but still full mobility for deep squats. They feel nice and tight, but never too tight. My build is stocky/built male, with medium/thick knee joints. Yes, the price is for only one single knee brace. I bought two. Zero regrets.

I had been doing barbell squats for a while, with intermittent mild knee discomfort. Decided to get knee sleeves to help out with working from lighter loads back to where I was before the discomfort started, so the connective tissue could build up strength, which I understand takes much longer than muscular strength. Decided on this brand based on other reviews, and that it seems like it isn't a fly by night copycat brand. Tried one out first just to make sure, and had to return it because the size and thickness wasn't correct. The box said one size, and amazon labeled it with another size and thickness, not sure why. Since using the knee sleeves, I've worked up to >1xBW on my squats with absolutely no knee discomfort - it was showing up at about 50%BW before I deloaded and restarted with the sleeves slowly. I've used them for 2 months and haven't needed to wash them yet, despite them getting a little sweaty each time - they don't smell, at least. Overall good product if you're looking for a knee sleeve. I haven't tried other brands but it worked for me!
