Momofuku Ramen Noodle Not-So-Spicy Variety Pack by David Chang, 20 Meals (Pack of 4) of Air-Dried Vegan Instant Noodles with Mild Sauce

Best tasting ramen! Nice variety, spice level ranges from mild to whoa! Like the cooking ease, and the way the flavor packets are provided.

These noodles slap!!! Really though, my husband loves them, and I have to agree. He wanted a healthier noodle option that tasted great and didnt leave him feeling bloated or uncomfortable. They come with packets to flavor or garnish with if you want. Each flavor is very good. We add onions, garlic, mushrooms, and eggs and its amazing. These are expensive for noodles, and that makes them hard to keep them stocked around here, but the quality and taste is the reason we do continue to order them. The noodle is nicely textured and has a healthy thickness to them. There are no smells to them. The shape is flat not round. They hold up well even after mixing in several of our own ingredients and don't break apart.

I bought the "Mild Noodles, 20 Meals pack" b/c I strongly prefer mild to non-spicy. The "Sweet & spicy" had just the perfect amount of kick. It wasn't intolerable to someone like myself who hates spicy stuff more or less. I LOVED the "Soy & Scallion" noodles. It was truly a solid meal in taste. The noodles had a nice chew. Wasn't overly Salty. BUT it wasn't really "filling".. I ate it & I wanted MORE.. .right? So my suggestion if you go to eat this.. is add some red cabbage, add some tender canned or fresh cooked chicken breast, to ROUND IT OUT.. You don't need much more on the ingredients, but you do need a LITTLE BIT. So anyways, I had this *Bright idea* that I was going to eat a "Sweet & spicy" noodle pack, like I'd make ramen right? Yeah that failed horribly, I'm just trying to save you guys some headache! That being said, I do wish Momofuku had a true "Ramen" counter part to this "Ramen noodle" product. B/c clearly this AIN'T ramen noodles in any shape or form.. That being said, this did taste so good, so I imagine it would be easy to convert the noodles to Ramen size & make bank? Sell them as complimentary products. B/c Ramen noodles, hits differently than this, no soup/broth "ramen noodle" momofuku product... I'm rambling, but long story short, if you like Teriyaki noodles? Right, that you buy in those microwavable packs.. This is like that, except better! Just make sure you follow the directions to a tee, so everything pans out. God the "Soy sauce" pack was SO DELICIOUS... really taste a layer of flavors & umami. I definitely want to buy their condiment product now. I'm really encouraged!

I’m addicted to these noodles for the taste, convenience of a quick meal and quick delivery service. The “not so spicy” combo is perfect for me. The only wish I have is that Momofuku give me large bottle purchase options for the same sauces that come with the noodles. I often have to supplement some soy sauce for a wetter sauce. Especially, to complement my added veggies or protein of my choice.

Shameful on the company to price these at such a premium. Noodles, sauce and dry ingredients intended as a base for adding your own toppings and protein. Taste is good but not amazing. Noodles have a great chewy texture and taste clean since they are not fried and the sauces are flavorful and just ok. But $50 for instant noodles is bonkers. I have no issues spending extra to get extra, but this is not that. I’ve been to his restaurants in the Cosmo. I’ve had hand cut hand made noodles from different countries. In a stir fry, in a soup. Hot noodles, cold noodles. Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese etc. This set should be in the $30 range max. Pure money grab by a well known chef. Disappointing because he appears to be a good guy in real life. But business is business and I’ll take mine elsewhere.

Quick and easy to prepare, tasty with good tooth. My only complaint, if it can be called a complaint, is the noodles would be better with a little more of the sauce. Especially in the case of the sweet soy, the noodles absorbed the sauce so quickly and so thoroughly, it's taste wasn't as strong as I would have liked. Very enjoyable, much better than the usual packaged noodle dishes out there!

I am not sure what other people are talking about when they say there was little flavor? Maybe they made the ramen like a soup instead of the actual directions. I have tried both the Sweet and Spicy and also the Spicy Soy flavors and both are really tasty, the smell is nice and the thickness of the noodles is perfect. They don’t cook up slimy like some ramen does. It has a perfect chewy bite to it. This is the smaller size packet variety and it’s perfect as a side dish or a small breakfast or lunch.
