I am getting an ‘Oil Tank Mismatch’ error on the machine. Could someone advise what steps can be taken to resolve this issue?

Stopped working after 3 use. Fully charged and switched on, doesn’t release the smoke.

The device does not turn on. I want it to be replaced with the same model, but one that works. This one doesn’t turn on. The remote control has a charging issue. From what I can see, one of the contacts appears to be incorrectly installed.

Ulanzi si è davvero superata con questo prodotto. Ho acquistato questa macchina del fumo per piccole ambientazioni e ne sto scoprendo mille utilizzi anche grazie agli accessori forniti. Il prodotto comprende: macchina del fumo, telecomando da remoto, tubo snodabile, spugna, tre tubi rigidi che si possono sommare tra loro ,resistenza, liquido per fumo, cavo USB-C, 2 pile 18650 e custodia. I punti innovativi di questo prodotto sono: compattezza e comando remoto. Il telecomando si aggancia magneticamente nello slot posto sulla macchina. 6 livelli regolabili di intensità e 6 di potenza, dotato di funzione con timer e modalità loop, produce un fumo denso e persistente. Custodia comoda e compatta. In conclusione questo prodotto fa un lavoro egregio, promosso a pieni voti, conferisce un aspetto cinematico alle proprie foto e clip. Chiaramente non è sufficiente per riempire di fumo una stanza intera, ma non è il suo scopo. Lo consiglio a tutti.
