This stuff is great! My son came home from swimming and was super red. I thought for sure he was going to be blistered and peeling the next day. Smothered him with this and the next day he was fine. My son has a weird thing about texture and he didn't complain at all about this. Also one day after a shower I was out of hair product and this bottle was next to me and I wasn't going anywhere so I thought why not? Used it in my hair and it worked like hair gel but with out the strong stiffness. My hair was so soft afterwards. Very moisturizing and not too sticky.

Great product, fast absorption and cooling effects after sun exposure

I am far from an esthetician, but I do know that the one thing that sunburned skin needs is moisture, and there is very little that delivers moisture better than aloe vera. Good ol' fashioned aloe vera that you can get in a huge quantity for a few bucks. Now, this after sun care gel is 98% aloe vera with a few other things in it, supposedly to make it work better. It claims, and delivers on its claim, that it is non-sticky. The thing is, I don't necessarily know that this formula is any better than the dime-store aloe vera that can be purchased for a fraction of the price. And while I didn't conduct any scientific, double-blind tests, just from an anecdotal point of view, because the vast majority of the contents of this is just aloe vera, I venture to guess that you could probably do just as well with the cheap stuff. I'm only going to knock off one star because yes, this is aloe vera, yes, it's non-sticky, and yes, it does what it claims to do, which is help heal skin from excessive sun, but the price is high for something that you don't really need to overspend for.

I’ve been using this product for over a year originally found it at one of our large discount stores compared to other aloes that I’ve bought. I find this to be the best as far as moisturizing, even when not using it for after sun care.

It was supposed to be a 2 pack . I only received one. Very disappointed.
