Fantastic customer service experience and absolutely great product
The tiffin box is sturdy and keeps the food warm for a long time. I would like to highlight Darkpyro's fantastic customer service experience as well. Accidentally we had put the lid to wash in the dishwasher though knowing that its not meant to be and as expected the lid had bent and the tiffin box was unusable within the first week of purchase. I reached out to the seller and they were very prompt and accommodating in shipping out a spare lid at no extra cost. Its an amazing experience and a great gesture from Darkpyro. Thank you team and keep doing the great work you do.
