When my partner and I moved in together, I brought my one female cat into a home with three male cats. Our orange cat, Plop, became instantly aggressive. We followed every cat integration tip on the internet (except for rehoming) with no luck. He'd chase her any moment she tried to get by him. He wouldn't let her use their litter boxes or eat out of any of their food bowls. We ended up having to isolate her to the bedroom basically 24/7 because trying to keep him in the bedroom made. Him. YOWL. Fast forward to now, 1.5 years in and desperately needing a new solution. We find a new tip that says bully/aggressive cats may feel like they don't have enough resources I had this idea for a cat cage/condo to give him his own space with his own dedicated food, water, and litter box. Let me tell you. A week into having it, and the house is finally calm. When we're home, we keep the upper door open so he can leave when he pleases (he hardly does). When we're sleeping / at work, we close it. He didn't cry at all... Not even on the first night. He loves having his own dedicated space. He spends more time in the condo than he does out of it. When he's out, he doesn't chase my female cat. She's still wary of him, but finally more comfortable to wander the apartment than she's ever been before. Our small apartment home is finally at peace. ***Keep in mind: You will absolutely need the zip ties. We tried without and the lower platform caved immediately - you can see which one that was in the picture. The litter box door is intimidating, so you may need to remove it for larger cats. There's no floor, so make sure you have the cage over carpet or at least put a blanket on the floor.*** All in all, we are so happy with this purchase and would absolutely buy it again.

This was a game changer to house 2 kittens. They are loving this! The directions were good but some details were lacking. Take your time when putting this together- make sure each section is firmly in place before moving on. Expect to use the hammer provided to randomly secure some of the pieces (especially the exterior cover just above the litter box drawer).

This cat crate is currently necessary for our living conditions, where a cat cannot safely scamper about the house unimpeded. This was not the cheapest model we considered, but it had received better reviews than lower-priced competitors. It goes together pretty quickly. It's not the sturdiest; the metal is rather thin, and if it gets any pressure at all, it bends out of place. The zip cables included with the crate are laughably ineffective at keeping it together and keeping the walls plumb. The cat tolerates it well enough--or about as well as any cat tolerates any cage. She didn't appreciate the rigid plastic platforms, but adding a folded blanket and a self-warming mat improved her estimation of the product and allowed her to get comfortable. We were alarmed one day early on to come home and find our cat missing, her crate door open; short of a mean-spirited poltergeist or a rather weirdly-driven home invader, there are few explanations for this other than her opening her crate herself. This is a serious concern. For now, we lock the openings with luggage locks, and that has been effective enough (FYI, she showed back up hungry and covered in cobwebs about 30 minutes after we arrived; we assume she wiggled her way into the ceiling through a loose acoustic tile). This crate does serve its purpose for now, but if you live in a home with very active children or rambunctious adults, I don't recommend this product. My kid tripped and fell against the crate, which bent the wiring out of shape in places, and we haven't been able to get the pieces on that side of the crate properly aligned since. For the price, though, it will do, and as no one here tosses footballs around or fences indoors, I don't expect any further damage to befall it. It is tall enough to offer space for a cat to climb and explore, though you'll need to add some items to climb on. The litter box is well-contained, and I appreciate the fact that the platforms are vented to allow bits of kibble and ripped-up cat toys to fall to the bottom for easy clean-up. You could do better than this for a cat crate, but for this price, and this size, you could definitely do a whole lot worse.

Served my purpose. I needed a quick way to separate a couple cats on a short term basis, this worked perfectly. It can be a little aggravating to set up, and it’s modular enough where you can set it up how you want it. Use the directions as a guide, not the final authority. I have it sitting against two walls, this seemed the best way to go as far as sturdiness.

I purchased the Oneluck Cat Cage with Litter Box thinking it would be a convenient all-in-one setup for my cat. Unfortunately the litter tray design makes the product essentially unusable. The litter pan slides into the cage but does not seal properly. There is a large gap where the tray meets the enclosure, which allows litter to pour out underneath and onto the floor every single time the cat uses the box. Even when the tray is filled with a normal amount of litter, much of it ends up outside the pan and inside the base where the tray is supposed to slide. Eventually the tray will not close correctly because litter is piled underneath it. Every time my cat used the litter box I had to pull out a wet/dry vacuum to clean up the litter that spilled across the floor. The product photos show the tray full of litter and working properly, but in reality the design allows litter to escape immediately. The cage itself is also much smaller than it appears in the listing photos. My adult cat could barely fit comfortably inside. After dealing with litter spilling everywhere for days, I had to dismantle the entire cage because it simply does not function as advertised. I am attaching photos showing: • litter spilling out from under the tray • litter trapped where the tray slides in • litter spread across the floor after normal use This product may work for a tiny kitten or ghost, but for a normal adult cat the litter box design is extremely flawed. I would not recommend this product.

This product is absolutely sturdy if your cat is not overweight. You should have no issues with them climbing. Upon reading reviews, I saw multiple statements about no instructions being included. I messaged the team a day before the product arrived and asked for instructions (PDF) so I could refer to it if it was missing. I was promptly sent the building instructions, (very simple, please do not listen to the other reviews saying it took hours. It took less than 60 minutes to put together.) When putting together, USE THE HAMMER. I've read people having issues with it holding together. You MUST use the hammer to make sure the cat will stay contained. It is a very large product, much bigger than what I was expecting, even measuring it out and using the AI 'put in the room' feature. She has plenty of playing room while we sleep. This is entirely too convenient to be sold on amazon. There are doors on each layer, which made it super easy to clean and wipe down the floor panels. This product was absolutely worth the money you spend on it. My cat is comfortable, happy, and able to make big leaps from platform to platform without a breakage of the product. PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR OVERWEIGHT CATS IN THIS CAGE AND EXPECT IT TO WORK. YOU MADE YOUR CAT FAT. //NOT// THE COMPANY!!!

Update even though Joey has full run of the house we still see him going into his condo and lounging on one or the other of the mats. Sleeping or staring out the window at his former domain. The good thing is is that he now considers the den, where the condo is, his realm. We still feed him in the condo so anytime we want to find him we call his name, edge towards the hall and he runs into the condo. This cat has been living outside in all weather for several years and we have been feeding him. We do not believe that cats should be outdoors but it took a long time until he fell in love with us but we always loved him. Finally let us pick him up and he was always rubbing our legs and would come on the porch when we were there even if not for food. Well we have greyhounds which are very prey driven and would run to the window barking and jumping at the front porch every time Joey, new name, jumped over the fence to the porch. We just could not figure out how he could ever be brought in. Well our cold winter rains just started and there was no way we were going to let him stay outside! So someone suggested a cat condo. We knew it had to be big because potentially he would live in it except for the several times a day when we took him out and had him on our laps to watch tv. Well I had no sooner put up the condo, in our den, future “cat room, then we saw him on the porch meowing at us to come out and visit. We’ll put the dogs in another room, swooped him up in a blanket and put him in the condo. He explored it right away and did spend the first two days and nights meowing cut not crying. He just loves it. He sits on the cushions surveying his former domain out the window. With all the wonderful numerous doors it is easy to take him out several different ways and put in new food. We were worried that he would have forgotten how to use a litter box but he found it immediately. It is so convenient and easy to clean. Sometimes he doesn’t want to come out. The best news is that this has been so wonderful introducing the dogs to him. After the second day we could just leave the den door open and the dogs could come and go into the den to safely visit Joey. One of our dogs is quite inquisitive and goes right up the the condo to sniff and Joey has only had to hiss at her a few times. Otherwise Joey just ignores them. One greyhound is afraid and only reluctantly goes in even when we are there. He sits with us in the sofa and dogs in their dog beds. It will be a while til then are all on the floor. Best thing is that Joey was already used to crazy dogs barking at window and learned to completely ignore them. They also had already gotten used to the smell of each other from all the petting and smells on our clothes. They also knew his meow so it wasn’t strange to hear it in the house. If it wasn’t for this great condo we could never have brought Joey in. He is a loving real chill cat which you would not expect from having lived outside for several years. If he has a lap and belly rubs he doesn’t want off the sofa. And he loves his condo. He only meows sometimes when we walk by but usually just ignores us. He was used to having little human contact except for us and clearly now thinks he is in heaven

Concept is good, but quality not so much. Directions were confusing doing this by myself and having to zip tie all the parts together is not to aesthetically pleasing and cheap. Definitely not worth the money they charge for it. It definitely needs a sturdy foundation for it to sit in that is easily cleanable.
