Defective and un operational product without any one available to help on the product
Product not dispensing cold water at all and the refrigerator also not working. Tried to contact the Amazon online help chat which was again not at all use. Tried contacting the distributor/ supplier of this product, they are shut since lock down and non of the numbers in use. Over and above had to spend Rs.3,000/- for replacing the compressor. It’s totally use less to buy this product. Now I question all the other Amazon Basic products too.

FAULTY PRODUCT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased the Amazon Basics water dispenser, but the hot water function didn’t work from the start. I contacted Amazon support, who redirected me to the warranty claims department. After sending the requested invoice, my call was disconnected with no resolution. Each time I tried calling back, it took 20-30 minutes for someone to pick up, only for them to say they couldn’t hear me. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, with no solution offered. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer support.DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT

Worst experience buying this product from Amazon Please don't waste your money buying online better to buy this product from stores.Product got spoiled in 1 month, water started leaking don't know from where i tried calling Customer care no one came or called us from 2 months also we sent multiple emails,unfortunately still no reply.
