Seems to work well. I like the regular side and the concentrated ends for those particularly stubborn areas. A little pricy but decent.

This item is marketed for cellulite, but I use it for trigger points and knots in my muscles, specifically in my traps/shoulders. I hold a lot of tension in this area, and this wand is great for getting into those tight spaces without wrecking your hands. The rubber handle makes it easy to grip, and I really like the points on the edges for really digging in. I keep this wand in my PT equipment basket and I use it on the regular. If you've ever been to PT and had them dig into your tissue with their elbow, those knobby spots on the ends feel like that. At $27, I'm not sure the item is entirely worth it simply for being used as a massage tool, but because its so versatile with the cellulite functions, it might be worth it depending on your goals. This wand is helpful for me in relieving those tense spots and working out the kinks.
