Definitely waterproof.
Brought 2 of these for my kids electric cars. I was a bit skeptical with whether it would actually be weather proof. Both vehicles have been kept completely dry from rain. The best feature is the buckle at the bottom to secure the cover, where I live is very windy and they haven't blown off. Thank you, will purchase again if we get more vehicles.

If windy it lifts up
Great cover water proof etc but bit of a pain when windy wind goes underneath it and lifts it up so need too keep recovering it but bar that it's good if isn't windy
