Brilliant item I feel like it helps my lymphatic system and toned my legs using the full 20 mins a day.

So far so good after 3 months of use, the plate works well and many online exercises available to suit your needs. It is slightly bulky but just about fits under my sofa. The main issue I had was the power cord so I bought an extension as it was just too short. Its very easy to use and it comes with a remote so you dont have to bend down. Be careful using it first month for the first time as you can get jelly legs when you come off.

I must confess I don't yet work out on it while building up to top program/speed but I do the 20 mins each day while watching tv (quiet enough to do so) with legs slightly bent. Legs get weary so definately being worked and don't seem to wobble when I walk as much. Do start off slow as can cause itchy legs until get used to it. Only been 3 weeks but it's not hurting my knees like work outs do.

This vibration plate seems to be just as powerful as my sister's who has one of the original round ones that weighs as much as a paving large paving slab, purchased years ago from a shopping channel. This is light enough for me, a 72 year old woman, to lift it wherever I want. It is powerful enough on 1 to 4 speed for me but goes much higher than that if required. Arrived next day with prime, well packed and ready to start my new workout. Great price and not at all noisy. Many thanks x

Vibration plate not working. All lights on but an error message when trying to start. Came in a shoddy box, probably already sent back by another customer. Really dissatisfied.

I love it hopefully it will help my joints and my arthritis and my posture. I felt great after I tried it.

LOVE IT! This vibration plate delivers a quiet workout. I appreciate the workout booklet explaining the speeds, intensity, and programming. When I use it steadily, it does reduce inflammation and lymph fluid build up. Surprisingly, it has helped my knee after meniscus surgery. It is very sturdy and functions exactly as stated. I especially like the remote control.
