ive bought it instead of MEZIM which is very expensive novadays. This one more light and more gentle on the stomach , taste a little bit too much flavoring wish it is lighter. But the price is still too high. At least MEZIM is well known brand you know what are you paying for, this one is a good supplement, BUT the PRICE!!!

Love the No Bloat as it really works and provides relief from gas pain and belly swelling from gas. Though drink lots of water too.

I purchased this product because of the favorable reviews and because it is being advertised as a NO BLOAT probiotic. I have IBS-C. My belly is flat in the morning but becomes bloated during the course of the day. A good probiotic is very helpful. I thought I would change from my normal brand, and this one seemed more promising. Big mistake! I gave myself four days to adjust to this but by today (day four) the side effects became unbearable. They should call this Bloat Booster! I knew when I woke up this morning with a completely swollen, bloated belly this would be a very uncomfortable day. Abdominal pain, gassiness and nausea too. Maybe this is not the right probiotic for me because I have IBS. I hope it works for you. If you have a sensitive stomach or IBS, please DO NOT try these!
