This is an odd response but I had bought these for my partner . He mistook these for one of the bandages he was using for a wound on this shin . It was infected and the wound was not healing . He had been in and out of the ER and also as an inpatient to the hospital . I thought they might be helpful for the swelling . Little did I know he mistook one as being one of the bandages he had been using on the wound and applied the thing to his wound . The next morning he was raving about how the wound seemed to finally healing . I was surprised when he showed me . I noted immediately it was not a bandage but one of the foot pads . He had applied it thinking it was one of his bandages . Although I would not suggest this to anyone else / I must say his leg was no longer swollen . These foot pains actually do work to drain the lymph !!!!!

Helps to sleep better, since starting. I don't crave nor wanting to eat like I use to. Plus when you see what's coming from your body, omg. This is a good product.

they turn black if they are on your feet every time. i used 2 full packs and they never stopped turning black.

The price is cheaper than the actual brand name, they do work but you have to use them for a long time. I had bought the brand name before which are $30 and was able to tell the difference within a week.

Very effective for me. The chemotherapy left me with neuropathy in both feet. Pain is completely gone.
