Bad experience, bad product, bad service, worst customer service.totally disappointed
Minus mai rating de rahe hain, highly regret ki ye product khareeda. Inalsa company ki service worst hai..ye product 3 maheene mai hi kharaab ho gaya aur guarantee period mai hone ki wajah se service maamgi to aajtak(24.04.24) ro rahe hain. Total harassment hai customer ke liye ki uosko tang kiya ja raha hai, avoid kiya ja raha hai. Customer care center worst response, service sector of the company is more worsd. They are only delaying. Never buy this product❌. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE . Or I can say never buy any product of this Inalsa brand.

Worthy product
The product has a sturdy build , assembly instructions could be mentioned with pictures to make it easier to assemble . The power socket is designed for a 15amps plug please not that prior to purchase, once assembled it is really very efficient and easy to use , takes a few minutes to get a hold of steaming . Overall very nice product and functionality. It has very pleasing design and colour. Value for money .

Good but not great
It is a useful product but not that great.I use it but i think it could've been better. Also the nozzle broke from inside after only using it for 2-3 times.Had to get it replaced and they charged ₹500 for it. Steam output is good for ironing all the clothes.I won't recommend it over regular iron but if you dont know how to use a regular iron like me and wish to have one you can definitely go for it.

Breach of Trust & Cheating done by Company Called Inalsa
Service has been provided by the Company .Team Amazon,This is my 2nd Reminder to you ,Please handle my complaints seriously & do black list this Company Called Inalsa, which is involved in forgery & breach of trust by selling poor quality products & they are not bothered to respond also, if you don’t take action & blacklist them, I would also make you a party & file criminal cases on breach of trust & lodge an FIR & go to national consumer forum as well against both the entity. Do respond & adress the issue !!Official Complaint to Team AmazonThis Inalsa Products are cheap & FaultyMoreover this is a Fraud Company & have done a breach of trust & cheating with me, If Amazon don’t Black list them, then I will be compelled to file also a Police complaint & also go for legal proceeding against you & the said Company.
