Disappointment to say mildly
although the flakes have good BBE on them, the white colour and extremely rancid flavour say that the outdated millets were processed into the flakes. Disappointed with the product quality and the fact you cant claim refund for the horrible quality. The flakes are not suitable for consumption, and i know exactly what millet flakes look and taste like

Bitter taste… bleah
Really bitter taste, even with sugar…. I read that bitter taste is usually a sign that the fat in the millet has aged and become rancid or that product is stale or stored improperly. I will not risk eating it again and I will buy a different brand out of Amazon…

Bitter taste !
Package arrived well-wrapped and on-time. Tried the flakes - there was a rather 'not nice' bitter aftertaste. This bitter aftertaste is normally due to the millet being old (experience and Google agreed) Amazon issued refund. Would never order this brand again.

Revolting
How'd they even get away with selling this as food? One taste of it if you having working tastebuds and you begin feeling like you're gonna vomit. It took everything I had not to dry-heave.

Not suited for my salicylate intolerance.
Pretty disgusting texture and it smell horrible. Not suited for gluten free or salicylate intolerance.

Great alternative to oats
Makes a nice porridge. Also good for gluten free breads.
