Excellent quality for the price. I finally found the perfect pilates ball! The color is beautiful, no odor, very easy to inflate + super durable. The grip is perfect- nice and "sticky," making it easy to hold with one hand - super functional. The size is perfect for my everyday pilates/yoga/exercise purpose. I highly recommend this ball to anyone looking for a great quality pilates ball.

Using these Pilates Balls can really increase the difficulty of your workout.
Great color and performance. Using these Pilates Balls can really increase the difficulty of your workout. For a balance exercise, you need to lift the leg higher. It can help you do a one leg squat (with one foot on the ball. Work on balance.) I don't care how fit you are,.....it helps great better muscle contraction. In another example, putting the ball behind your knee, and bending your kneed, to squeeze the ball with your leg is a superior, hamstring contraction while you lift your leg behind you. There are lots of variations. Good for beginners.
