Factory Made Yogurts contain harmful Chemicals used for Storage which will damage naturally Existing beneficial Gut Bacteria. The best product in Greek yogurt, when compared to other brands like Epigamia, is a great protein source for a cheaper price, which also offers good taste and consistency. It is fresh and smooth, with adequate thickness. Must try.

Tastes like the skyr
Surprisingly I thought this greek yoghurt tastes exactly like Milky Mist's skyr, including taste and texture and flavour. Exactly the same. Except one is labelled as greek yoghurt with 8g protein per 100g @ ₹43, and the other Icelandic Skyr with 11g protein per 100g @ ₹63. Whats the nuance?
