Corbarino Tomatoes are a rare, pear-shaped variety from the Monti Lattari area of Campania, Italy. Jarred whole in their own juice with minimal salt and basil, these tomatoes boast low acidity, making them ideal for creating sweet and juicy sauces. They are one of only three tomato varieties permitted for authentic Pizza Napoletana, packaged in a generous 680 g (23.9 oz) glass jar.

Expensive, but every taste was amazing
I can’t justify paying this much for tomato sauce often, but this was just so delicious! I concentrated it in convection oven at 350 with garlic for a little over an hour. I ate it with orecchiette. It also was delicious right out of the jar!

These Corbarino tomatoes are the real deal
I buy a lot of Italian Tomatoes. These Corbarino tomatoes from Gustiamo are a wonderful product and at a fair price. You cannot go wrong with this. If you're not used to using Crobrino Cherry tomatoes, I would suggest hand crushing a bit and cook down to liquid. We used this the other night to make Shrimp Fra Diavla on fresh made pasta. It was outstanding! For me I'll never use anything else for this recipie

Amazing product and quality
Number 1 is perfect. I have my first delivery with the jar broke. I contact the store and less than 24 hours I have my sauce!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Anyway the delivery is fast and the quality is wonderful
