★★★★★ Excellent running earbuds after more than a year of use.
★★★★★ Excellent running earbuds after more than a year of use I’ve been using the Soundcore Sport X20 earbuds for over a year, mainly for running and walking, and they’ve been outstanding. During that time, I’ve covered hundreds of kilometres wearing them, and they’ve never let me down. The adjustable ear hooks made it easy for me to find a secure, comfortable fit. I can’t say they’ll fit everyone equally well, but for me they’ve been excellent. I’ve never had an issue with them moving or falling out, even during long runs. Before buying, I read a lot of reviews and found very few complaints. After more than a year of use, I can honestly say they’ve lived up to the positive feedback. The sound quality is very good, especially for earbuds in this price range (around €80). I found an EQ preset on YouTube and copied the settings, which made them sound even better. Sound is subjective, but I’m very happy with how they perform. I’ve never tested the maximum battery life because I’ve never managed to drain them in a single session. I’ve completed many runs of over 25 km (more than two hours), and they’ve never run out of battery. They’ve also proven to be very durable. I’ve used them regularly in the rain and through plenty of sweaty runs without a single issue. The charging case fits comfortably in both the back pocket and the side leg pocket of my running shorts, making it easy to carry on longer runs. Overall, these earbuds have been reliable, comfortable, and excellent value for money. Based on my experience, I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for dependable earbuds for running or walking.

Great ear phones at a budget and affordable price.
Having previously had normal earphones that kept falling out, I decided to invest in these ones. I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. Let me start by saying they deliver premium sound and a solid build at an affordable price. The extra cost was well worth it. I had to be patient at first because I’m not used to wearing anything like this. Once I adjusted the arms and set them to my liking, they became amazing. They don’t fall out as often as my old ones and the sound is brilliant whether I’m listening to music or watching media. There’s no distortion and the bass is great. I use them at work so I can easily adjust them to hear others around me or block out the world. I also appreciate the little button on the top for controls and that it’s not touch-sensitive. This prevents accidental activation if I need to press it a little further into my ear. They also come with different sizes of ear buds. Overall, I highly recommend these earphones for anyone on a budget. They’re premium at a cheap price and don’t fall out. They’re also great if you wear glasses because they don’t interfere with the arm.

5 stars 🌟 hope this helps picky people like me
To be honest. Better comfort than the AirPods, but at least I know they don’t move when I run or walk fast or even jump out of excitement. I’m the kind of person who does everything possible to get ear pods that have no squishy end because they feel so irritatable and annoying to have in, and I could never really find my ear size, but the x-small really feels so nice to the point I enjoyed my purchase the next hour going to work. I could test the noise cancelling, and it’s not the best compared to the Apple headphones (which I have tested but never bought). This is enough to silence a football match and a chatty Uber driver to the point the amount of times I said what to the driver when I was giving the hint to be left alone, he probably thought I was deaf. It’s good but not enough to not hear like a whisper of the football match, like I knew noises were around me but not enough for me to pick up on what they would say. You know when you’re underwater and can hear the vibration or muffling of sound? For me, it was the same but with my favourite song and escaping reality for the next 20 mins before work. Long story short. Buy and if you’re like me in sense of feel and peculiarity, this would suit you fine 😊 Audiobooks and voice calls sound good and very clear. I mean, voice calls were clear but only on voice; it drowned out outside noise! So yes, I got it because I lost my AirPods (the one without the squishy bit that has ANC). It kills me to this day I lost something that expensive, but when you’re saving the life of your nephew, items don’t matter. Anyway, this was better for calls than imagined, and I heard myself enough to know when my voice increased so I don’t be obnoxious to those around me. Wish there was a case to put them in that looked and felt safe, but I’ll be getting some I found on AliExpress, but nothing on Amazon catches my eye. Connectivity was also very easy. The app for the ear pods is brilliant to have. I love the hoop design more than I imagined! Anyway, hope you love the product as I do!

Take time to play, download the app these are not 1 size fits all buds!
great, tagged, battery display fast charging. Everything you'd want and stayed in for the longest any ear buds have. Ive tried cheaper pairs that have great ear hooks. ANC is pointless if they fall out. Edited, after trawling the internet beats, jlab ect.⁹I'd still got the buds so I thought I'd play around, down load the app. Its a game changer, fit test so you can work out the perfect fit, a bot that answers all your questions, you dont have to keep rephrasing the question loads of stuff, 9settings, all sorts. You can locate the bud should you loose one its just the bud that beeps rather than then phone, the hooks aren't as tight a fit as some. However the bud fit is excellent and now ive got the perfect fit bud, they feel so secure im less worried about the tightness of the hooks which have 4 size fit ive got long thick hair 9and tucking it behind my ears doesn't seem to worry them. There fiddly and take a while to set up but we'll worth perceiving with. Im still playing, so there may be a further edit. I haven't quite got the hang of the button control yet, but im sure I will. The only reason there 4 star and not 5 is i preferably would of had a battery indicator on the case and not just the app, but thats a smaĺ compromise for all to bonus features. I only want them for walking not the gym or spin classes. So far so good.Edit I've been in touch with 9soundcore batteries died after nearly 3 hours that was with ANC on constantly at 50% sound core give you the heads up ANC reduces your listening time by 50% so an 8 hour play time will only be 4 with the case 48hrs. But only takes 15 minutes to recharge.Depends what your looking for I suppose I prefer ANC so even that time frame works for me. It may not suit everybody. I'd highly recommend over beats, jlab ect. They have terrible reviews id highly recommend these buds. They do all I want and more. Its just a shame about the case, id highly recommend.

Very Impressive
Rarely do I feel the desire to provide a review on the items I purchase. They are either domestic items that don’t warrant it or on the most part I buy stuff use it for a bit and then realise I probably didn’t need it in the first place and it lies dormant until I either happen across it or suddenly wonder where it is and start turning the house upside down. This is very much not the case with these. To say I am impressed is an understatement. I own several pairs of ear / headphones from several of the big hitters, and virtually every generation of the little white ones.. I’m not sure I can actually put brands on here. And they are all great and serve a purpose, but they are also rather expensive. Now I was looking for a set of earbuds purely to go running in and go to the gym. To put things into context I’m 105 KG’s and the image of me running is not a pretty one, I sweat a lot and cause a small earthquake in my immediate vicinity. For this reason I am reluctant to wear headphones or the several hundred pound offering from those white ones as if the elements don’t kill them the sweat won’t make them particularly attractive. Now this purchase was not a fluke I did my homework and these got great reviews, however for the price my expectation was not high.. how wrong was I.. it arrived in classy packaging that did inspire confidence as to the potential quality of the items protected inside. I am an iPhone user and out of the box these linked seamlessly and immediately, something that these have continued to do several months on.. no faffing whatsoever. I can be linked on Bluetooth to any number of devises and on taking these out of the box connection is instant. As far as fit is concerned, having never really used the hook style before, they are secure and the sound remains immersive and plugged in. As I said I’m no ballerina and on an hours run I may find I need to give them a reassuring nudge maybe once or twice. This is only to create the seal as there is no way these are falling off your ears. Despite the grip these are super comfy and really I don’t even notice the hooks. Certainly no irritation or soreness. As far as reliability and build quality… I am amazed. Like I said I’ve had these several months now and use them four to five times a week. Through the winter I have been absolutely soaked, or had these under my hat, which could be wronged out with sweat after the run.. I said it was not attractive. But a quick wipe when I was finished with some kitchen towel and straight back in the box and these have remained as reliable as day one. They hold a charge forever and the box keeps them going for several consecutive days. Now I’m not an expert, I can’t say I really know what I’m listening for but I do know what motivates me to drag myself to train and these do just that. Plenty of bass, very immersive and loud enough to stop me thinking how tired I am. I have an eclectic range of music taste from garage to old school school hip hop to techno, to heavy rock and they all sound good. My only critique, which is more so user error and due to the fact I hadn’t really read the instructions, that the function button to pause play etc can be tricky to find in a rush. Again this more so due to the fact that I rarely need to use it.. and that is it. I have otherwise been incredibly impressed everywhere else. Well done Soundcore I love these, and genuinely am over the moon with these to anyone. I guess I should say I’m not getting anything for free for this I just think give praise where praise is due..

Fine for the gym, not great for everyday wear
Too long, didn’t read: good = secure in ear, good battery life. Bad = Noise cancelling isn’t very good, bleeding sound is a problem. I’ve used these for a couple of weeks now and there are some definite benefits to these headphones. I bought them to replace some older “wireless” headphones (two wireless headphones connected by a wire which looped over the ear) that I used for exercise. Given they are mostly for exercise, I wanted the security of headphones which went over my ear rather than being just in-ear, but also were wireless and noise cancelling. These headphones are definitely secure and don’t move in my ear at all. The battery life in these headphones is fantastic. I’ve not had to charge them since I charged them when I received them, and I’ve used them most days for commuting on the train as well as for exercise. However, there are some definite issues. First of all, the noise cancelling on these is not good at all. There are a number of options for amending the bass/treble etc through the app, with even an option to have the app find the perfect sound for you. However, none of these options seems capable of blocking out the sound of others on the train or the train announcements. This is despite my volume being around 3/4 of the max it could be. This is disappointing, as I have a pair of soundcore q30 over-ear headphones which block out everything! I was hoping for a similar level of noise-cancelling with these, but it appears almost non-existent, despite having an “adaptive” noise cancelling setting for noisy environments. I could turn up the volume to overcome some of these issues, but then this leads to another problem - sound bleeding. Beyond 3/4 level then the sound bleeds to others. This isn’t a problem in a place like the gym, but on a busy commuter train, it is less than ideal. These headphones are also not that comfortable, with them becoming a little uncomfortable after about 30 minutes. I’ve tried the different sized buds shipped with the product, but these make no difference. In fact, I’d go as far as to say the buds shipped with the product have a cheap feel about them and are probably the reasons for lack of comfort. I even tried the buds from a couple of my old wired headphones, but these seemed unable to stay on! In short, these headphones are ok. I got them for the gym/exercising and they are fine for this. For commuting/everyday wear I would say that I had envisaged me being able to use them instead of my overear q30s to save on space, but they just aren’t good enough for that. I got these on a prime deal, so paid £40 for them, which means I’m not too upset about the issues and will just keep them in my gym bag. Had I paid £80+ for them, I definitely would have been unhappy. This is such a shame as I own a few other anker soundcore products and have only ever had good things to say. I think they’ve missed the mark with these.

Not worth the price.
Bought for the gym. I have a pair of Google Pixel Buds Pro that I use for everyday listening but I bought these as I was getting my Pixel Buds a bit sweaty and wanted a pair of dedicated gym headphones. These seemed to fit the bill perfectly. They looked like they would stay in place during running and looked premium in the photos. However I was left very disappointed by these and unfortunately returned them after a few days. I did try to get on with them - I had downloaded the app and updated the firmware, set up my custom listening profile (that's supposed to optimise sound based on my listening preferences) and played about with the settings to try to get them to work to my liking. I'd also tried various ear tips to try and get a fit that worked but no such luck. Pros: - I really liked the green colour. - USB C - Loads of ear tips included. - They were really easy to set up and the app worked well, although some of the English text could do with reviewing. - There are lots of customisation options, including a custom EQ, wind noise reduction, Noise cancelling options, 3D sound (although in my experience this just boosted the bass to uncomfortable levels and not much else) - The ear hooks are great for reassuring you that they will not fly away if they become loose. - The noise cancellation is decent. No way is it excellent but there's a notable reduction in your standard gym background music and sounds. - Not that I got to test it, but the fact these are IP68 water resistant is reassuring. - Connectivity was good. Never lost signal and connected to my phone straight away when taken out the case. Cons: - The biggest negative is the fitment. These just would not stay in my ears. The hooks ensured they would not fly off anywhere; but, as for the actual ear tips, something about the design meant that the sound seal in my ear canal would not remain intact, and when this happens the noise cancellation fails and my music sounds flat. I then have to push them back in, only for them to come out again after a few seconds. - The sound quality isn't great. I'm no audiophile - as I said, my usual buds are Google Pixel Buds - but these don't sound great. The sound is flat and hollow and they try to overcompensate by turning the bass up to the max. However, for the gym, they're fine. I expected more for £90 though. - They feel cheap. They are very lightweight and... Click-clack-y (if that makes sense). The case is just as bad. I guess that, being meant for the gym, they thought they would make them light but I would personally prefer a little more weight, especially considering the ear hooks would ensure they don't fall out. - They're just too expensive. I would probably be happy if I had paid £40 for these but £90 is just very bad value for money. You'd be better going for the previous generation X10s as they are currently cheaper and I understand the fit is a bit better on them.

Meh? Makes my ears sore even on replacement
First pair broke within first month of infrequent use. One side just stopped outputting sound, all the buttons worked on it and would change the settings, but no sound. Got tech support, no fixes worked. They sent a replacement, good customer service. Use the second pair when travelling on the train and occasionally on walks near busy roads. They dig my ear and make sores if worn for over an hour, as if the fit doesn't quite match me, and also there's some connectivity issue, if my hand blocks the reception or something. Annoying if my phone is in my pocket and my hands are cold too. I wouldn't buy these again, I'd try something else. Enjoy the colour immensely, the texture is nice, the case is nice, the connectivity is sometimes patchy. Battery life never had an issue with. Clarity could be better, but works for my purpose. Size should be fine but makes my earshell sore. Love the noise cancelling, it is such a relief. But the other issues don't outweigh when I can get the same function elsewhere with another brand. Can't compare to other brands at this time. Over all a good pair, but I don't think I'd go for them again with the soreness and the odd connectivity issues, and the fact the first pair just died immediately and are unrepairable. Flawed tech, that it can't be repaired when broken.

Good sound quality
Amazing quality! The build feels premium and durable, and the sound is excellent with clear, rich audio and also noise cancellation works well. They stay securely in my ears even while running or playing sports, and they’re very comfortable to wear for extended periods. Highly recommended as I was impressed

Eccellenti.
