I love Maldon salt and added Aleppo pepper makes this a great combo. It was great on avocado toast! May seem pricey but you don’t need much so it will last.

Maldon salts are great and this one is no different. But PLEASE make it available in the bucket size like the smoked salt.

One of my favorite seasonings. We use it on all kinds of dishes and it adds a wonderful flavor, aleppo chiles add a special kick to anything its used on. Ive used it to finish fish/seafood dishes, on chicken and pork, to make salad dressing, and I even added some to some special dark chocolate bars for a gourmet dessert.
