I love this product. It takes 60- to 90 seconds to warm up to where I want it, the heat is moist and the product retains its heat longer than other similar products I’ve purchased.

Ordered it for my wife, she loves it, especially the size. She has others that don’t cover her upper neck and shoulders as well. This one does, she also uses it on her feet.

It works well but it’s too small for my needs and doesn’t hold the heat very long

Nice fabric. Excellent moist heat. I wish it would stay warm a little longer but overall a great product for the price.
