Comfort - Protection - Affordable
Fourth time lucky ...... my mother wears these pull up pants both day and night - she has previously tried three other brands and has never been truly happy with both the comfort and the protection given until now - she wears them with elasticated trousers during the day and is easily able to adjust them to use the loo - in bed at night when moving her position they remain secure and fit for purpose - they are very affordable compared to many other brands - they were available on next day delivery and were securely and discreetly packaged - we are very happy and will be ordering regularly - thank you

Perfect
This is the only incontinence product I have found to be worth buying. I have tried several sizes of the various pants and pads supplied free of charge by the NHS, but most of them become over-satiurated or leak at the side. I would much rather pay for these pants which fit perfectly and don't leak.

Comfortable and absorbent
Bought these to compare with pads and have to say these will be 1st choice going forward. Comfortable to wear at any time and don't really notice a difference between these and regular underwear

Miss leading
They have changed the packet and also the size if you buy on a regular basis and you recieved them in a different package from last time you've also recieved a smaller size from XL130 180 TO XL 114 163 so they will not fit

Do check what size you need first.
Check the size guide before ordering. Its really annoying that Alia have altered their sizing the new ones are smaller. I buy for my mum and whereas she was "at the small end" of the L size she's now almost at the "max end" of the L size. Also Alia seem to have discontinued the 80 size box ( the 40 size box won't last a month) 5 stars for product 1 star for not saying why they have changed so I've put an average of 3 stars

Very comfortable to wear,
The first time I have used this brand and I'm glad I did. I ordered the xl disposable pants. They are very comfortable and roomy. Effortless to pull on for me.( I have Osteoarthritis so things like this dufficult). Not bulky, and do the job Very pleased. Can certainly recommend.
