Playhouse missing boards, boxes came in terrible shape with some damage to boards. Contacted little tikes for replacement boards, 3 weeks later still waiting, 1/2 built playhouse we can't use.

Received one box this week, and it looks like it's been through hell and back. Amazingly, every piece listed on the inventory sheet is in the box. All the wood is in good shape except for one cracked piece (pictured here). The bigger issue is that the order is supposed to include three (3) boxes total. The XPO drivers were completely clueless as to the whereabouts of the other two boxes, and didn't seem to care all that much. Of course, XPO sent me an email saying that the entire order was delivered (it wasn't). I called them this morning and they're trying to track the other two boxes. Will update this if/when they arrive! ***UPDATE*** XPO lost two-thirds of this shipment (even though they insist it was delivered). The crazy thing is this order required a customer signature to verify the delivery. Anyway, Amazon customer service has been outstanding. They are sending a replacement order that is scheduled to arrive in a few days. We are very much looking forward to setting up this playhouse.
