the chain is silver. Who would put a silver chain on a brown acorn pull? Anyway, a can of oil rubbed bronze spray paint took care of that problem. I just got some cardboard, put a hole in it and let the chain dangle down while I sprayed it.

It looks fine and adds a rustic charm to our fan. The chain is permanently glued/embedded to the pull, so you're stuck with a silver chain. I cut the chain very short and used some antique bronze chain to match our fan, but it's still got a bit of silver showing. They should make it so that chain can be easily swapped out

It's perfect. I mean, it just hangs there so not a lot is required of it but it is super cute. It comes on a pretty long chain which I suppose could be cut down with the right clippers or tool but I didn't need to do that in my bedroom. I'm getting more of these for other rooms in the house now

This acorn was a bit darker than I pictured, but it's a sturdy product that has lasted several months in our home (we anticipate years of use). It was a little hard to get the chain to connect to the ceiling fan, but once connected, it is VERY sturdy..

I bought 5 decorator chain pulls and a primitive dimmer switch cover for a palm-bladed ceiling fan. They do much to my decor.

Great quality, weight, color - very happy with purchase. We used this as an extension to the 3 foot plain chain extensions for our ceiling fans. This added an attractive, fun look to the chain, but with the weight, it made it very functional - stays in place and not swaying with the wind from the fans.

I had did my decor in cabin/bear. For my ceiling fans I had bought these acorns to go with the bears one. One for the light switch the other for the fan. The look perfect together and now I know what is what.
