Italian comfort food
Pastina is the Italian comfort food. It is impossible to find in stores, so I but it here in multiples to always have on hand. I like it with just butter and parmesan, but it would work well worth a light sauce or broth. It takes just minutes to cook, and is perfect for when you aren't feeling well.

Pastina is just like it’s supposed to be delicious !! Been eating pastina all my life. Best to add lots of butter to a bowl of pastina. Makes a great meal by itself.
