Great ball
First, let me say, the pump that comes with this is functional, but not ideal. I used an electric air pump to fill the ball. The ball itself feels like good quality. I'm not concerned that the thing is going to pop when I sit on it.I've used it for various pilates workouts, which I've always thought looked easy, but I was WRONG. Workouts with a big ball are a lot harder than they look!I'm tall and very leggy, but this ball is large enough for me to use, but probably more size appropriate for an average height woman, so around a medium sized ball.I'm really enjoying adding this into my usual workout routines to keep it interesting.

Step-by-step instructions (since they are lacking as packaged). How many pumps to inflate 26"?...
The Kisnbld Exercise/Yoga Ball is pretty great! It did lack adequate instructions so I took 'a star' off for that. I'll include instructions below and you can refer to the photos (see photos) for assistance as well. The box arrived damaged (via no fault of the seller or Amazon) but the ball was fine. It is pretty heavy duty and supports 250lbs thus far. I also like the texture of the surface of the ball. It 'grabs' really well on hardwood flooring and also I tried it on tight-weave carpeting and it worked well on both surfaces! The rubber material of the ball didn't stink or have an odd odor (that some packaged rubber items do have) and the pump, while slow, did work. If you are at all curious, Instead of using a tire pump or an air compressor I thought I'd count how many 'pumps' of the included air pump it took to inflate the 26" ball fully & to see if the pump would/will last. It took approximately 950 pumps:) (yes, lol, I counted:)). The air pump didn't suffer any damage and I'm sure I'll be able to inflate the ball again if necessary in the future using the included air pump.Instructions: There are no enclosed instructions and the ones on the box are really not helpful at all. How to inflate:Attach pump hose to blue (air out) nub (see photos)The red nub (air inlet)Use enclosed cap removal tool - to remove cap pre-seated in ball (there's a spare cap packaged as well)Remove cap and set asideInsert Air hose in ball cap opening - there are two sizes of 'needle' that can go in the ball. I assume so the pump can be used with different sized exercise balls. For the 26" I used the larger needle.Inflate via even pumping action (about 950 pumps) with your foot (I'd make sure to apply your weight evenly while pumping air to maximize the life of the plastic components should you need the pump again).Once inflated - I have read it is good/best practice to allow 24hrs for the ball to 'rest' before applying weight. That seemed like a wise thing to do.GL! And I hope this review is helpful to you!

great home-use exercise ball
This yoga or stability ball may not be as sturdy as the ones at the gym, the rubber is thinner. Nevertheless, it is fine for home use. The ball comes neatly folded in a small box with a foot pump for inflating it, and a plastic tool to remove the plug that holds the air in. It's a great alternative to a desk chair while working from home.

This provides so much durability and stability to my core and overall wellness. Blowing it up took less than 15 mins. Its durable and high quality material so you do not have to worry about poking a hole in it

Does it's job
One star off for the pump. If I had actually used it to completely pump up the ball it would have taken like an hour 😂I used it for maybe ten minutes and the ball barely had any air so I grabbed our bicycle pump & got it filled in about another 10 minutes.Feels sturdy & thick. Works for someone my height of 5'2. I use it to stretch my back and as a bouncy chair for work.

It burst!
I inflated it to the pressure that I normally have my office ball at. I have been sitting on these for like 15 years now. I even did the steps (not included in the non-existing directions) of doing a partial inflate, leaving it for an hour then adding in more air (giving the material time to stretch). It did not even last half a day before it burst, leave me with a sore back for the day. NOT HAPPY. I would give it zero stars if it I could.

Inflation!
Received the ball today and gave it a try immediately. It comes with a pump, which is great because inflating was so easy. It feels nice and sturdy now. Love the color too, adds a little something to the space and my workout routine.

It's just what I was looking for, the right size and sturdy, but I used my own inflator.
I was looking for a workout ball that I could use for core workouts. The ball I currently have is way too big, I didn’t know that when choosing a ball there were different sizes and depending on your height, the size really makes a difference. I’m 5’2 and this ball is just the right size for me. It’s good quality, feels exactly like my other work out balls. It comes with an inflator that works to inflate the ball, but if you have your own you may want to use it unless your inflator is worse than the one provided.
