I really like these things, I have bought several of them. I like these ones because they don't leak and they seem very sturdy. I had to return a different brand because it was leaking this one does not have that problem! The only downside is they're very heavy but hey it's brass and that's just what it is. Brass resist corrosion so it's very good for this kind of stuff. For brass to be really strong and solid it has to be pretty big and heavy that's just how it is. Maybe one day they'll start making these out of another super material like some other alloy that's even lighter weight. The reason I bought it is because it's full-flow so it has a very large internal diameter. It meets my expectations and the valve on it works very well.

This a a very good quality valve. The full flow ability keeps the water flow wide open with no restrictions.

Very high quality, zero leakage, and included two new gaskets for the hose. Works great when you have a leaky hose shutoff that is soldered in and not easily replaceable or a leaky shutoff that the feed water is difficult to shut off.

Well made solid brass construction. Valve turns easily but the internal diameter of the valve is 1/2 inch, not 3/4. It is better than the other restricted valves but it’s not exactly full flow.

Seems to be a very well-made garden hose shut off valve, I actually use this on my power washer so I could turn the water on and off as needed right at the pressure washer because I use about 150 feet of hose so this way, I don’t have to keep walking back to the house

I bought other hose shut-off valves for my garden hose, but I didn't realize, how much water pressure I was losing. Other valves, I can't fit the tip of my pinky finger, but this one I can almost for my pinky entire finger. I would gladly suggest this if you need one, it is a little more expensive, but with every penny.

This was a good fit for what I needed and it doesn’t leak, yet any way. It’s only been on the hose a couple days.

Handy for end of hose to change nozzles etc without going back to the faucet to shut off. The valve is solid and won't break unlike the other ones with a tiny plastic lever. A big plus is the throat is full size and not consticted like most, it's a noticeable difference in the water flow. I also have a well made different brass shut off with a lever you can use one handed but with the smaller throat size. The only minus apart for the price is that the design requires two hands to shut off rather than the lever style you can operate with just your thumb, just something to be aware of.

One star because I couldn’t use the shutoff vslve at all, something was jammed and I couldn’t turn the handle, it wouldn’t budge. Too bad because I waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered. I will be returning it and buying a second one, hopefully it’s not defective, and hopefully the wait is shorter because it’s not easy to take care of my garden without a shutoff valve on my hose.
