SO GOOOOD
Bought four more boxes. I love these so much. Share them with my friend at work. We killed an entire box just us, alone l0l. Only 6 fish come inside.

Be cautious when buying these
I already ate 2 of them before realizing that they're expired. Whoever manufactures these should be more mindful of how long they've been sitting in their storage.

Package beat up
The packaging was banged up but I guess that is to be expected. They were cute and good. My kid liked them.

Yuck!
It was old so I couldn't eat this! It's unexceptable to sell products like this.

Yummy taiyaki, could use more filling
This is a box of 6 taiyaki filled with glutinous rice and adzuki bean paste from Nersqelx. I have a mix to make taiyaki, but I've been making it just as a regular pancake or waffle because I don't have the fish shaped pans, so when I had the opportunity to get properly made taiyaki I was happy to take it. These arrived perfectly fresh and in perfect condition. I had a little confusion at first because the box is printed in Japanese and I saw a date that was already past and I wasn't sure if it was the production date or expiration date. Then I looked more carefully at the English language sticker that had been added to the box and it did explain the printed date is the production date, and they're good for a year afterwards, so I was in good shape. The cake part of these tastes more or less like pound cake. It is very moist and delicious. I love adzuki bean paste, so I was a bit disappointed to find that these are not as full as shown in the product pictures. It's very much like the difference between Pop Tarts in ads and Pop Tarts in real life, if that makes sense. There is a thin layer of bean paste, and an even thinner layer of glutinous rice. The filling is also not "flowy" like the product pictures show, but honestly I didn't expect that because that would be weird for adzuki bean paste. Anyway, the filling is great but there's just not enough of it. Nevertheless, these are very enjoyable. As I'm writing this, these are priced at $13.99 per box of 6, which while it does seem pricey to me, is about the same as other brands of taiyaki, so I guess that's the market price.

A nice tasty snack
These make a nice tasty snack that's just a little sweet. I love the red bean paste flavor. They're individually wrapped so you can easily pack them with a lunch. I would recommend these to anyone who likes Japanese snacks.
