I got these cookies for a lower sugar version of the "Japanese Cheesecake" recipe that went viral. What it is, you get a 32 oz container of Greek yogurt and shove the cookies down into the yogurt. I used 2 pkgs. Then you refrigerate overnight. The cookies soften some and it feels like eating healthy cheesecake! Btw, these siete cookies taste like the biscoff cookies that are used in the viral recipes! Enjoy!
