Q: Does this paint have a matte finish?

Q: Can this paint be put on stamp pad for stamping on fabric ?

I would not put acrylic paint on a stamp pad, I would only put INK on a stamp pad. You could put it on a palette or a plate and spread it out thin and use a rubber stamp with it. Hope that helps.

Q: Can I use this on metal pendants?
