I am pleasantly surprised at how large the discs are. They cover more area than I expected them to based off the picture. But they are a very good size. The center part rotates and vibrates along with the red light therapy surrounding it. The fact that it is plug-in means it won't die on me while I'm using it. It is a great value! Easy to grip. You can adjust speed and power. Easy to use. And...It got her next day!

With a protein-rich diet, strength exercising, and deep, inner muscle massages, I have regained muscle mass and strength in the affected areas.

There should be a BIG warning to keep th be m the netting on while near your hair...it got into mine and before realizing it pulled out a huge chunk from the scalp. It was pulling so I ran to the wall and pulled the plug. It was too late. It had a wad of my precious hair it had yanked out by the roots. It's my fault for not reading the instructions. I was in shock. Other than that it feels good. Parts are very cheap plastic but it works.
