Fermenter lids that work.
Easy to use. Clean. Strong. Have not lost a single ferment since I began using these lids to remove air. With all the work that goes into growing and processing vegetables, that's worth the price right there.

Love this system!
I recently got into fermenting my hot peppers. Playing with different peppers and other ingredients and then letting them ferment made some very interesting flavors! The system works without a hitch. Put your fermenting ingredients in a wide mouth jar, screw on the cap, use the pump to suck out the air. Used some Crushed garlic, Thai, and Purple Cayenne peppers waited about 30 days, unscrew the lid and voila, you have some great fermented stuff. No burping or funny ways to cover the top. Highly recommend this system if you are a set it and forget it person.

Perfect for Lacto-fermentation
Love this system. Have tried it several times and have been very pleased with the results. Because you can extract most of the oxygen, I have had zero problems with mold. Love that the excess gas can escape. Bought three of them. Could have bought just the tops after buying one with the pump, but the cost of 4 lids without the pump was the same for 4 lids with the pump. So, now I have extra pumps. This system really works well. Highly recommended.

OK set. Worked well after initial problems. Would buy again.
This was my second set of airlock lids purchased. They eventually worked well after resetting the one way air valve on 3 of the 4 lids. Also silicone/rubber jar rings kept falling out when placing the lids on the jars on 1st time use. Stayed in place after checking acidity and on second batch. They performed well after initial problems. Lid calendar work well.

Very nice fermentation lids at a good price.
I’m very excited about these lids. The seal is good, and they’re easy and convenient! I love that they come as a 4 pack instead of just 2. All fits in the box nicely for storing in a cabinet. Only time will tell how the airlock / escape valve works, but the design is solid.

Well maded, seal well, clean well, durable.
Really useful! I make kefir and yogurt (48 hour low temp fermentation) and I could make them without these but using them ensures that there is no air at the top of the container, so no mold issues (no doubt as bigger issue with longer term ferments). They seal well, are easy to clean and have a handy date & time marker in the lid of you're doing a lot of long time fermenting and/or doing different batches at same time
