This Junior Art Colour by Numbers book encourage number recognition and careful attention to detail as children copy the correct colours in this collection of more complex illustrations. Perfect for developing fine motor skills, and for encouraging mindful play from an early age. Review: Good old-fashioned fun, for a new generation - ~ Colour-by-numbers’ Measuring around 20.75 cm x 27.5 cm and stapled in the middle x 2, the shiny colourful card cover opens to 16 good quality, matte finish pages. The book obediently lies flat at the chosen pages and, with 'frames', around each picture, there is no problem getting into the spine edges. Of the 7 main colouring-in opportunities, set over double page spreads, there is a full-page copy of the finished version on the left-hand side, so you know what you are aiming for, at the end. As per the current LOOK INSIDE facility above, the first & last pages (image below refers) have a little snapshot of the finished picture, along with ‘splashes’ of the relevant colour against its number, 1 ~ 8, that is consistent throughout the book, i.e.: 1. RED 2. ORANGE 3. YELLOW 4. GREEN 5. BLUE 6. PURPLE 7. PINK 8. BROWN The outlines are in black, with the occasional areas shaded black for emphasis, too. Good book
Good colouring book to keep little 1s busy, limited colours to use very easy but my daughter enjoyed it

Great pictures but to complicated for young children
Great book for a 4 year old who is good at this . Feel more suited probably for a 6 year old Lovely pictures some quite fiddly

disappointed
This book advertised 30 pages! Not only is there not 30 pages but there are only like 10 !!! Most are taken up because the page is already colored on the opposite page!!!! And this ruins the book. Very disappointed!!!!
