Hi, you need to consider the background colors where you are working, so you don't blend into the surroundings. Pick the color that makes you stand out when you wear it. While fluorescent yellow is the brightest color on the chromaticity scale and most widely used, orange hi-vis PPE also has strong recognition as a hazard identifie.

Q: Any cleaning procedures or tips?

I don't wash mine very often, but when I do I machine wash with a regular load and hang to dry. I don't bother treating stains because they seem to get locked into the polyester and will probably outlast the fabric. I did find some 3M info (3M makes the reflective tape) that there's a limit to how many times these should be washed, I think it's something like 25 times. So if you wash every other week, you should consider getting new PPE every year.
