Does not heat rocks very well

I purchased a conair HR10 Hot Stone Spa 10 years ago and loved it! I still use it with very good results!The hair and nail salon that I go to uses the same hot stone spa with good results. I decided to buy one for my son, because of his complaints of muscle aches. I was sooo disappointed to find that the hot stone spa barely heated to a luke warm. What happened to this product in the last 10 years?

It's just okay the rocks aren't that hot!

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, and the first time I used this warmer, my client commented that she loved her hot stone massage and she loved the warmer itself. She'd received several HS massages in the past and did not like the warmers that are huge, turkey roaster looking devices. I told her I was happy she let me know she enjoyed the session because I was afraid the stones were not hot enough. She let me know it was the perfect temperature. I previously used a crock pot to heat my stones, and the water would be so hot I couldn't grab them with my hands. If you have to use tongs to get the stones out, they are not going to be a safe temperature to put on a client's skin! This device was great in that respect. I could reach in with my hands to grab the stones. It was also the perfect size for 8 large placement stones and several - like 14-20 smaller stones for using throughout the massage. I was hoping this device had a digital temperature on the front, but it doesn't. I personally would have preferred a device with the digital temperature, so I could set it to the perfect temp, but I kept this one for convenience sake. I paid $40 and it gets the job done.Pros -* Cost effective* Plenty of room for all stones needed in a full body hot stone massage* Client enjoyed the temperature of the stones, said it was the best hot stone session she's had (and she's had several)* Client commented on how nice the warmer itself looked - she did not like the look of the Turkey Roaster style warmersCons -* NO digital temperature* Takes almost a full hour to reach the right temperature* Water seemed to lose it's heat in a 1 hour session, though it didn't start losing heat until I kept the lid off

Terrible product!!! Dont waste you money in this product!!!I receive this product this week and didnt came the right product,same colour and material as well!!!I'm really disapointed!!!
