Ordered this for my daughters baby shower thought they would be a little thicker, but they were perfect for what I needed them for not flimsy, but not hefty sturdy

The first thing I noticed was the sloppy way these utensils were packaged. The cardboard used for the box was lightweight and it's amazing it made its way to my door in one piece. When I opened the box I was greeted by a large stack of plastic dinner and desert plates plus four packs of utensils wrapped in a flimsy plastic. When I picked up the package of spoons the plastic bag ripped open and all the spoons fell back in the box . Rather than being able to store them in the bag they were packed in I had to regime them in a new bag. The good news is despite the poor packaging the product itself appears decent. I've had the utensils through a few dishwasher cycles and so far no issues with cracking or breakage. The plastic plates are serviceable and the fact that they are plastic comes in handy with liquidy food. I have not ran any through the dishwasher so I am not sure how durable they would be through a cycle of hot water but I have rinsed a few off in the sink and they are reusable. There are a claimed 780 pieces altogether so that should serve a large family and heavy guest parties well and they look fine for those purposes.

Online, it's difficult to get a good look at these items. Beware-the plates are not a clear plastic, and the cups are not sturdy
